After watching your amazing video I am so grateful that unfortunately I lost my long range model 3 which did have a moisture problem which I also fixed but never made a video about similar to what you did but I have a model Y that's a 22 long-range and it does have biodefense mode although I have barely had a smell like I had in the model 3 biod defense mode does make a huge difference even without using biodense and the air conditioner being on which by the way I use my air conditioner every single day and sometimes like recently in a video I posted I went through two and a half feet of water with no water entering the cabin of my car and no it's not on purpose It was from recent flooding in Sarasota county Florida

There is no need to put the car in neutral to clean up the brakes - just brake with your left foot whilst holding down the accelerator with your right foot. That will disable both power and regen whilst you are pushing both pedals. It does beep annoyingly though.

Fantastic and thorough how-to video! I'd love to see you do one on cleaning the Model 3 radiator of leaves and other debris; it's a bit tricky.

Haven't been able to fix that problem on mac OSx. old versions or newest OS. My horse Zebra is ZP450. It work great on Windows but not on OS by the way on Android quality is worse.

At some point in time i would blead the breaks, admitedly your car probably dose not get as hot as an ice engine car, there will eventually be a build up of water in the line, recomendations are something like every 3 years and like 30 k miles [these are my remembered intervals] i find the first foot or so at the breaks tend to be discolored so worth refreshing most break systems do not circulate break fluid, so the stuff near the breaks gets impacted more, i think, in parts its where the rubber hose joints alows more moisture in compared to the hard metal lines

I have excellent experiences with filters from Mann (for my 2019 Model 3 I use Mann FP 25 015 (FP- Frecious Plus))

Seems like a small plastic flap over the drain might prevent it from being lifted into the fan

Grinding the pads is a bad idea. Loose pads rattle and can jam in place. A few strokes with a file are more than enough followed by a smear of anti-seize paste on the edge only.

Aluminum will rot fairly rapidly along with steel given sodium chloride or magnesium chloride and some moisture, just ask New Yorkers where they use millions of pounds of the stuff. Magnesium chloride is worse than normal "salt"... it'll get trapped and eat through an aluminum casting in a few years... aluminum can't magically get around the second law of thermodynamics, unfortunately. ruclips.net/video/M9PTyWnzh7M/видео.html

Why dont you drill a bigger drainer hole!

I think there may be reasons for the duct. You don’t get particulates from the “engine” compartment and low to the road vehicle exhaust and gasses entering your cabin. Another thought is that since the car is electric it could prevent ozone from entering the cabin from electrical or electrical malfunction since ozone is a heavy gas. Maybe the best solution would be to redesign the intake duct. I can see why they did it, but it seems like the design was poorly thought out.

A 12v battery from your lawn mower or other small equipment battery and a couple alligator clips connected the your electronic parking brake terminals will back the brake pistons right out.
